Our commitment
We build consent and documentation into every campaign — not as an afterthought, but as the standard a transfer must meet before it reaches an agent.
Consent capture
Prospects provide consent before any transfer. We capture and timestamp consent records consistent with regulatory expectations.
Exclusivity & no resale
Each live transfer is delivered to a single buyer. We do not resell, recycle, or share consented contacts with other agents.
Record-keeping
We retain consent records for a period consistent with regulatory expectations.
Agent responsibilities
- Maintain your own licensing in the states you write.
- Follow the TCPA, state telemarketing rules, and Do-Not-Call (DNC) requirements on your end.
- Use transferred contacts only for lawful insurance sales.
DNC & opt-outs
We honor opt-out requests and maintain processes to handle them.
