Remote Konnect Alliance provides marketing and lead-generation services — including exclusive, consent-verified live-transfer calls — to licensed insurance agents. We are not an insurance carrier and do not sell insurance.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for properly licensed U.S. insurance agents and agencies.

Acceptable use

• Use transfers and data only for lawful insurance sales activities.
• Maintain your own licensing and comply with the TCPA, DNC rules, and applicable state telemarketing laws.
• Do not resell, repackage, or misuse transferred contacts.

Payment & billing

Pricing, billing cadence, and terms are set out in your order or onboarding agreement.

Returns & replacements

Qualifying calls outside agreed criteria may be eligible for replacement per our policy.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any specific close rate, ROI, or sales outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control.

Intellectual property

All site content and branding are owned by Remote Konnect Alliance and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RKA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify RKA against claims arising from your use of the services or violation of applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
